The transformation of the existing 9-hole Alcornoques Course into a golf academy at Almenara Golf will set a new standard for golf training facilities in the region. The Almenara Golf Academy will offer a wide array of state-of-the-art amenities, such as a natural grass tee line, a covered tee line with a VIP area, cutting-edge Toptracer driving range technology, a custom fitting centre, a bar and café, and evening practice facilities.

The new academy at Almenara Golf will feature a par-3 course with nine holes envisioned by the renowned local golfer Manuel Piñero. Alongside this, a professional coaching academy will offer three practice holes, a dedicated tee line, multiple putting greens, and a short game area.
The General Manager of SO/Sotogrande and Almenara Golf, Stephan Menou, expressed his excitement for this project, stating that it will elevate Almenara Golf to a premier destination for golfers of all levels.
